We may need a tent for pirates. Certainly a hotel to be thrown out of.

I think the local Hotel-6 is more our speed.

I recommend SubPirates uniforms -- review Disney's Treasure Island for ideas. Parrots and peg-legs optional.

The words, 'ahrrrrr,' 'dabloon's,' 'avast there, mattei,' and the ever popular, 'more grog, wench!' will be injected into at least every other conversation while in attendance at the SubRegatta.

The Sunday awards presentation will be our que to all scream, 'Repel Boarders', at which time, we capture the pond, run-through the SC leadership, and hold the females hostage for ransum. Tree-Boy will be drawn and quartered to entertain the kiddies and Carmel TV watchers.

Sounds like fun. See you there.

Steve,
At the very least we need shirts. How else will the serving wenches identify us?

12-21-2005, 04:58 PM
I on it. Black with an embroidered skull and crossbones. We have one of those embroidering computer machines. Now to figure out how it works. It was given to us recently.

Sound good?

Steve

Hat's too?

I like it!
I will be there, PARCHE in hand...

You've seen a ship with black sails that's crewed by the damned, and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out? Peg-legs, parrots, hidden treasure, plank-walking and plunging necklines... Now, that's what pirates are all about!

...Hat's too?

With a red sash and plumed feather in it.

David,

12-21-2005, 06:47 PM
Ha! And the first person I see wearing it backwards that's not looking through the scope walks the plank!

Hey,

Will any of you guys try to make it out West for our regatta in Portland? Heck it could be the first ever "SubPirate Regatta"!

Too many Liberals out there. I might get attacked by the ACLU or PETA.

To late. I'm gave them your address. I'm sorry . They kicked down my door and tortured me! They made me talk.

I killed to of them though as they tried to get away. I feed their remains to my pets. They loved it.

This brings up something for maybe later.
Do we get little fuck me pirate hats with plumes, pirate shirts, regattas with no insurance live fire excesizes, vehicle glass stickers?
Something to strike awe and terror in the average r/c guy on the bank.
Dave, I laughed so hard tears were coming to me on what you said.
Agents of Spector???? Where did I see that?

Jim

Jim,

Should SubPirates produce a magazine, elected Officers, Censure from the top down?

Club? Here? No thanks. My Eject Handle is only inches away at all times, and I know how to use it. I will not be dictated to by the students of the class I teach.

Clubs, like unions, are there to shelter like minded sheep from the accountability of personal performance and conduct which they would otherwise suffer if they stood as free-agents.

Clubs don't encourage excellence. Clubs invariably foster the values and accomplishments of the weakest members.

I'm too old and too accomplished to become a member of a club.

David,

Pirates don't do clubs. They sink them. Don't believe it go look at RC groups and it's now average of one post a day if they are lucky.

The boards there from planes to boats are losing the best of the crop only to be replaced by a bunch of GWS foam airplanes and walmart subs.

Mission accomplished mates! Argggg!!!! Keep up the good work.
