Due to the issues with canceling auto pay and then restarting it, I will not be changing Paid membership status to un paid for a while. I think there needs to be given some time to allow everything to catch up with the change over.

If I see your membership has expired, you may receive an e-mail asking for confirmation of your status. If you have renewed there will be no laps in your access. If you have decided to move on you can let me know privately and I will make the appropriate updates in the membership records.

    Default Attention AUTOMATIC RESUBSCRIBERS

    Slats,

Right now I have two web pages up. One to confirm members information.
    http://members.dslextreme.com/users/cli ... /list.html

The second is a page that will remind members as their renewel comes up.
    http://members.dslextreme.com/users/cli ... ubpirates/

Your info says, Paid on 6/9/08 to 6/9/09

If anyone has any question on their status as a Paid member just ask me and I'll look it up for you. OR you information needs updating, I have the master list.

    Guys,

If you are not following the new subscription procedures, you will NOT be renewed. If your account is still on the old pay system via the old paypal automatic renewal system, SubPirates does not receive your renewal payment. We have had several guys let their payment go through the old system and then get mad when their accounts are not shown as renewed. Please make the change BEFORE your account goes to renewal.
    Regards,

    Matt

I renewed the other day via Paypal and didn`t have any problem.I did not have the automatic renewal so it paid it as a new account even though I`ve been here since the beginning and used Palpal all the time.

The issues that are coming up now are the members who used the automatic renewal through their PayPal. The members having problems most likely had setup for automatic renewal before the new forum was put in place and their auto renewal is still set up for the old forum. Could be other issues that I am unaware of.

Those who renew manually by clicking the PayPal button at the top of each page should have no problems.

Those who run in to this problem, let Matt know and he can look in to the PayPal part of the SP forum and see what's going on. May take a day or two but I am sure it can be straightened out.

I can help look when issues come up but there are some things like PayPal stuff that I am not cleared to access or edit. And I prefer it that way.

    Default PayPal auto renewal

    Sir,

My PayPal account is set up to automatically pay $20.00 to

    "precision.pattern@yahoo.com."

    for renewal.

    Is this still correct?
